Meet Linus, a sweet dog around 1.5 years old, who has made incredible progress since rescuers found him in a hoarding situation with over 60 other dogs. Initially shut down and hopeless, he has blossomed in just a few weeks. Linus is dog-friendly and shows signs of being comfortable with cats as well, as he’s starting to come out of his shell and engage in play with toys and other dogs. He is currently looking for a foster home where he can continue to gain trust. Linus will benefit from a patient environment, as he may feel uneasy during transitions. A fenced yard would be ideal for his safety, but keep in mind he’ll need a no-slip leash until he’s confident in his surroundings.
