Luna is a lovely female mixed breed dog, resembling a Siberian Husky and Alaskan Malamute. She was found on West Glen Street in Lecanto and has been at the shelter since September 11, 2026. Although her microchip is not registered, the shelter has been attempting to reach her owner without success. Luna is approximately two years old and has a friendly demeanor, often giving her paw when asked. She’s attentive and sweet, making her a joy to be around. If her owner doesn’t reclaim her, she will be ready for adoption on September 17, 2026. Luna is currently at Citrus County Animal Services in Inverness, FL. She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations, which puts her one step closer to finding a forever home.
