Tate
AvailableTate is a young, large mixed-breed male with Siberian Husky and Alaskan Malamute in his lineage. He is currently located in Orlando, FL. Tate has been neutered and has his vaccinations up to date. He is not yet house trained and will benefit from ongoing training and guidance.
About Tate
Tate is a striking young wolfdog mix, blending wolf, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, and German Shepherd traits. He thrives in a secure indoor environment with plenty of daily time outside and quickly warms up to new people with affectionate energy. Tate gets along well with both male and female dogs (medium-sized or larger), but his compatibility with small dogs, cats, and children remains unknown, so he won't be placed in homes with children under 12. He isn't housebroken or crate trained yet, but once inside a crate, he's calm and doesn't try to escape. You'll need to keep an eye on counters as he likes to grab things, so patient, consistent indoor training is a must. Tate needs a home with a secure, fenced yard at least 6 feet tall and will do best in a setting that allows for indoor/outdoor living or even outdoor-only. He’s ready for someone experienced who can offer structure and time. What are you waiting for? Apply today!

Questions about Tate
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Tate’s wolfdog, Siberian Husky, and Alaskan Malamute mix background makes him best suited for a home with plenty of space and a securely fenced yard. He thrives where he can be both indoors and outdoors, with room to roam safely.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
This type of mixed breed like Tate needs ample outdoor space—ideally a large, secure yard with a fence at least 6 feet tall. Regular access to outdoor time is important for his energy and instincts.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Due to Tate's background and size, it's best for him to live in homes without children under 12. Wolfdog mixes can be unpredictable with young children and require homes with older or no children.
