About Jagger D
Jagger D is the epitome of a relaxed, happy-go-lucky companion. After settling into his new environment, he quickly became an easygoing presence, perfectly content to lounge on the couch or snooze nearby while you work. He enjoys some daily playtime, often wrestling with other dogs, but is just as happy to curl up with a favorite stuffed toy afterward. At night, he sleeps peacefully on his dog bed, trusted to roam freely in the house while his family is away. Jagger is truly low-maintenance and brings a calm energy to any situation. When his person comes home, Jagger greets them with excitement but in a gentle way—no jumping up. He wiggles with joy, gives kisses, and leans in for pets. Though he barks at strangers until they come to say hello, he quickly shows his friendly side once they offer him attention. He's had successful interactions with dogs in his foster home and is respectful of cats, generally sniffing them before moving on. Jagger has some charming quirks, too. He adores squeaky toys and will carry his favorites everywhere, sometimes even bringing an "emotional support stuffie" outside with him. While he loves to shred stuffed toys in good fun, he also enjoys bones and a variety of toys. Fully house-trained, he has passed the test of being home alone for over 8 hours without accidents. Jagger knows commands like sit, shake, and lay down, and he's eager to learn more. His intelligence and laid-back demeanor make him a wonderful fit for nearly any family.
