About Tank

Meet Tank, a young and spirited Pit Bull Terrier who’s ready for a new start after being surrendered from less than ideal conditions. This sweet boy is looking for a loving home where he can thrive and gain the weight he needs. Tank is still honing his leash skills, but with consistent practice, he’ll master them soon enough. His initial meet-up with a spayed female showed just how playful he can be, though he did have some nerves at first. Once reassured by humans, he became curious and eager to engage. Tank embodies the true meaning of ‘rescue,’ and we’re excited to see how his transformation unfolds in a loving environment. If you can offer Tank the forever home he deserves, come visit him in person! We recommend meet and greets before adoption to ensure the best fit for everyone, including any other dogs or children in the household. He hasn't been tested with cats, so that will need to be assessed. Tank is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. Remember the 3-3-3 rule for adopting: 3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to settle in, and 3 months to build trust. His adoption fee is currently waived during our special promotion ending on September 12, 2026. Don’t miss this chance to give Tank the home he’s waiting for!
