Meet Holly! Holly spent 318 days in the shelter, waiting for someone to look beyond her kennel presentation. One compassionate individual took the time to earn her trust, and just within a week, she began to reveal her true self in a foster home. Holly is a sensitive soul who requires some time to feel comfortable with new people, but once she forms a bond, she genuinely connects. Described as a cuddle bug, she loves giving kisses, snuggling, and is just as happy heading out for an adventure or curling up on the couch while you work. She has done wonderfully with her foster family’s older dog, even attempting to snuggle with her. Holly retains a playful, puppy-like spirit, often pulling all the toys out of the basket, yet she respects her canine friend's need for downtime. Smart and treat-motivated, Holly quickly mastered house training and is currently learning commands like "sit," "shake," and "down." She takes treats gently, allowing her foster to trim her nails with ease. After nearly a year in shelter life, Holly is finally shining. She is affectionate, playful, and capable of forming lasting bonds. Her adoption fee has been fully sponsored. Since Holly is enjoying the comforts of a foster home, a meet-and-greet can be arranged for interested adopters. Let’s ensure she never has to return to a shelter kennel again.
