Initially under-socialized, he’s worked hard to overcome his nervousness thanks to the dedicated care, grooming, and nourishment provided by our staff and volunteers. While he has made significant progress, Franky remains timid and will need a patient, loving environment that allows him to adjust at his own pace. His past circumstances weren't his fault, and now he deserves a chance at a brighter future in a warm and safe home. This sweet boy is eager to experience life beyond the shelter walls.
