About Gilly

Gilly is a loving 7-year-old Chihuahua mix who needs a patient home to thrive. He came to us after his owner went into hospice, and understandably, he's been feeling protective of those he loves. Gilly will require a home that truly understands Chihuahuas; he may need some time to adjust but rewards those who earn his trust with endless affection. Once he feels secure, youโ€™ll discover he becomes quite the lap dog, ready to snuggle. Gilly isn't suitable for homes with children and will need a meet and greet with other dogs. Testing with cats may be possible. Despite his small size, heโ€™s got a big heart. Gilly is neutered, vaccinated, and ready to find a new best friend. Think you could be the one for him? Your new best friend is just one click away.
