About Max
Meet Max, a lively 10-month-old Labrador Retriever and Weimaraner mix, also known as a Silver Lab. Weighing about 65 pounds, he’s on the lookout for an active family ready to embrace the excitement of raising a teenage pup. Rescued from a high-kill shelter down South, Max can be a bit shy at first, but he warms up quickly to new friends. Once he knows you’re on his side, his affectionate nature shines through, and he loves nothing more than pets and attention from his family. Max is a happy, high-energy boy still in his playful puppy phase. He enjoys running, exploring, and is always eager for adventure. Due to his bouncy nature, he’d thrive best in a home with older kids, as he might accidentally knock over younger ones during his enthusiastic greetings. Great with other dogs, Max would love a canine friend but can also be content with an active family that provides plenty of exercise and love. Eager to learn and food motivated, he’s at the perfect age to develop good manners with a patient family. Max will come fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. If you're looking for a loyal and fun-loving companion who will fill your days with joy and adventure, Max could be your perfect match. Click apply to start the adoption process.
