Meet Ozzy! Ozzy is a charming 6-month-old Havanese mix, weighing around 20 lbs. This little guy is irresistibly cute, with a personality that's equally endearing. Initially bashful around new folks, Ozzy warms up quickly and adores affection once he feels secure. Those puppy eyes? He definitely knows how to use them to win you over. Learning is still a key focus for him, so his forever family should be prepared to maintain a consistent training regimen. Structure and routine will be essential for his success, particularly for house and crate training. Like any young pup, he may chew on things, so providing appropriate toys and bones will help him make better choices as he learns. Ozzy thrives well with other dogs and cats, but he must have at least one dog in his new home. A playful canine friend would suit him perfectly. He does best in a calmer environment, so a home with fewer unfamiliar faces coming and going will help him build confidence. Likewise, he's frightened by young children, so we're looking for a home with kids aged 10 and older who understand how to interact with dogs respectfully. A secure fenced yard is crucial since Ozzy isn't currently potty trained on a leash, and apartment living isn't suitable for him. His beautiful Havanese coat will require regular grooming and care, so be ready for that commitment. Ozzy is sweet, affectionate, and playful, but it might take some time for him to fully open up. With the right environment, patience, and continued training, we believe he will truly blossom. Ozzy is ready to find a loving family that can provide the structure and care he needs to thrive!
