Currently, he's growing up in a loving foster home, thriving and full of life. Cobalt is friendly and playful, and he gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children. Although he isn't house trained yet, he's a smart pup eager to learn. The adoption fee is sponsored, covering his vaccinations and a future spay when he's old enough.
