Oscar is a sweet dog who was picked up as a stray after losing his dog friend in a tragic accident. He’s settling into his foster home but needs some time to feel safe in his new environment. At about a year old, he adores both dogs and cats, and he shows gentle affection toward children. Oscar seems to be potty-trained and rides well in the car. Due to his past, he will thrive in a calm and patient household that understands how to help him adjust. His ideal family will be willing to provide him with the time and space he needs to decompress. Oscar is ready for adoption within a 2-hour radius of the Tricounty area, and his adoption fee is waived, covering all vetting processes including neutering, vaccinations, and microchipping. Check back for updates or inquire via email about meeting him in person. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
