After coming from a challenging situation in New Mexico with his siblings, he’s developing his personality. Underneath his brave exterior lies a sensitive soul still learning the world is a safe place. Though Jack may bark at unfamiliar faces, he's never shown aggression. He can be scooped up during his bravado moments and will melt into your arms. Jack does well with smaller dogs but can feel intimidated by larger ones, so slow introductions are best. He’s already potty trained and eager to learn, boasting immense potential with the right guidance. Jack thrives in a home without young children, but older, dog-savvy kids are okay if you take the time to introduce him right. A more experienced adopter familiar with herding breeds will help him become the best friend he longs to be. This little guy needs gradual support to realize he doesn't always have to be brave.
