Meet Spud, an adorable 11-week-old male Australian Cattle Dog mix, affectionately nicknamed "Spud Bud." Weighing in at just about 10 lbs now, he’s on the smaller side but might reach a medium size as an adult. His distinctive speckled salt-and-pepper coat, floppy ears, and a touch of fluffy puppy fuzz make him a charming companion. Spud is a social butterfly, thriving around other dogs, people, and even children. With a playful and feisty spirit, he’s always ready for an adventure, whether that's pouncing, chasing, or zooming around with pure joy. At such a young age, he’s impressively mastering potty training and is becoming comfortable on a leash while also adapting well to crate life. Spud will need a private yard because he isn’t fully vaccinated yet. His new family will need to continue his vaccinations and arrange to have him neutered when he’s old enough, with help from our vet partners in the Philadelphia area, which is included in the adoption fee. Preference will be given to families with pets or a solid plan for his ongoing training and socialization.
