Meet Brownie. Brownie is a delightful 3-year-old Pomeranian just weighing in at 13 pounds. She came to us as part of a breeder surrender with 18 other dogs, and we're working hard to help her adjust to a more loving environment. Despite arriving in such a condition, she has a resilient spirit and is ready to embrace life outside the kennel. Her initial experiences are shaping her development, so she needs someone patient and kind to show her the ropes. Brownie has made significant progress since her arrival; the circling behavior she exhibited has decreased, and she now enjoys relaxing and being part of a household. Although she is still learning housetraining and can display resource guarding with her toys, she gets along with other dogs. While she’s still a bit uncertain, she thrives on routine and gentle guidance. As she explores the outdoors, Brownie is curious and playful, ready to discover the joys of life. She has so much potential, and with consistent loving care, she can thrive in a nurturing home.
