About Penny

Meet Penny! This resilient young girl is estimated to be around 6 months old. She came to us from Animal Control in Wisconsin after suffering a severe broken leg. Despite her challenges, Penny is full of love and spirit. Currently, Penny is focused on being a puppy—learning, growing, and soaking up all the affection she truly deserves. Though her leg may ultimately need amputation, we believe she will adapt well if that is the best course of action. Our veterinary team is closely monitoring her condition and will recommend the best care for her. Penny is looking for a family that understands she may have some medical needs but is willing to see her vibrant potential. She has certainly endured a rough start, but her best days are still ahead. Give her the love and patience she needs, and you’ll see just how special she can be.
