About Onyx

Meet Onyx, a 6-month-old melanistic Doberman Pinscher puppy with a gentle nature and a remarkable story of resilience. Onyx was found as a stray with his brother Bonsai, both in rough shape—underweight, sick, and in need of prompt veterinary attention. With good care and plenty of affection, he bounced back fast. Now healthy, he’s exploring the world with curiosity and is eager to bond with his new people. Onyx is already house trained and does well with other dogs. He hasn’t been cat-tested, but at this young age, he’s impressionable and has a good chance to learn how to share space with cats in the right home. Onyx also gets along well with children and is at a stage perfect for training, confidence building, and adventure. He’s looking for a safe home that is ready to continue his growth and provide the lifetime of love he’s missed so far. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
