Meet Harrison! This big, handsome Bombay mix is a bundle of personality. With his striking yellow-green eyes and playful spirit, he’s hard to resist. Though he may seem like a serious gentleman at first, Harrison is a total goofball who loves to play and engage with his favorite toys. He spent his early years living under a bar with other cats, and after being rescued, he’s now ready to find his forever home. Harrison will take some time and patience to fully open up, so he's best suited for a household that understands the importance of trust-building. He enjoys cheek scratches, occasionally gives playful "love nips," and may not be the best match for small children. However, once he feels comfortable, you'll find him to be a delightful companion. He has a few quirks, like not enjoying being picked up or feeling overwhelmed by looming figures, but approaches people best when he’s at a comfortable height or when he invites them in. He has a strong bond with his buddy Rob, so if you have room for both larger-than-life personalities in your home, that would be wonderful! Harrison may take several weeks to adjust to a new environment, but his affectionate nature is worth the wait. Harrison is about 2-3 years old, neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and is up to date on his vaccinations. He is also house trained, making him an excellent fit for your household. Harrison is located in Houston, TX, but he can be transported to the Northeast or Pacific Northwest.
