Since arriving at Queen City Pitties, Mocha has slowly realized that kindness exists and that homes can be safe. Cuddles? They're pretty amazing too. Initially, she can be nervous around new people. Mocha isn't the kind of dog to rush up to strangers. Instead, she observes from a distance, taking her time to decide when she's ready to trust. But once you've earned her affection, the real Mocha emerges—loving, snuggly, and incredibly sweet. Kids are a different story; she adores them, especially her foster's grandson. The joy she radiates in his presence is magical, transforming her from a shy dog to a playful companion. Mocha seeks a patient family willing to let her move at her own pace, celebrating small victories together. She doesn't need perfection, just a chance to experience what she missed before.
