At just 2 years old, this 52-pound American Bulldog mix is joyful, goofy, playful, and has her very own happy dance routine to show off. After spending months in a crowded shelter, she became a staff favorite thanks to her sweet nature and those adorable spins she does whenever she gets excited. Gretchen loves meeting new friends and is always ready to hand out kisses. Though she is heartworm positive, Gretchen shows no symptoms and is currently with New Orleans Bulldog Rescue, receiving lifesaving treatment. Despite having some medical care ahead of her, she remains ready to play and make friends. Gretchen is not only dog-friendly but also great with kids, house-trained, and crate-trained. She might even get along with cats—pending a cat test. This playful girl seeks a family who enjoys dance parties as much as she does, while knowing when it’s time to relax.
