Meet Toto, a charming 4-year-old Shih Tzu ready to find a patient family who can help him blossom. Weighing in at a manageable 12.4 pounds, Toto may initially be a little shy, but with kindness and time, he'll start following you down the yellow brick road of adventure. He gets along with other dogs, but he appreciates a gentle approach while he acclimates to new environments. While Toto might not be in Kansas anymore, he yearns for a home where he can truly belong—somewhere that feels just right. He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations, although he is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm, which he's responding well to. His adoption fee is $350, reflecting the care the hospital has provided him. If you're looking to add a loyal friend to your life, Toto might be the perfect choice. Please note, all adoption visits are by appointment only. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
