About Ivy

Meet Ivy, a delightful 6-month-old Shih Tzu/Maltese mix weighing in at around 6 pounds. Coming from a challenging hoarding situation, she's now learning what it means to be pampered. Her first haircut truly transformed her appearance, and she's quickly blossoming into a little snuggler, discovering the joys of playtime with people and toys alike. Ivy enjoys the company of other dogs, especially her sister, with whom she loves to wrestle. She’s on the journey to master leash skills and potty training, and a fenced yard would be an ideal setting for her. A training class is mandatory and should be completed within six months of adoption to ensure she grows into a well-mannered companion. Ivy will soon be scheduled for spaying, and once she's healed, she’ll be ready for her forever home. Click apply to start the adoption process.
