This little girl thrives in her foster home with dogs, cats, and children. Playtime is her favorite, and she brings joy to everyone around her. Penelope has begun her vaccinations, been dewormed, microchipped, and is on a month-long regimen of flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. With an adoption fee of $150, she will need to be spayed within 90 days after adoption.
