This sweet soul appears to be longing for his person; he’s experienced loss and feels it deeply, which makes the shelter environment particularly tough on him. Unfortunately, Chief does not get along with other dogs and would do best in a quiet, adult-only home, or as a hospice foster where he can feel secure and loved, enjoying his golden years.
