About Marigold
Marigold, affectionately called Mary, is a lovable 6-year-old golden retriever who craves human companionship. This sweet girl will do anything to be your best friend, often showing her affection through enthusiastic licks. Although she has a playful side, enjoying silly antics like rolling around and chasing her tail, she prefers a calm environment. Mary can startle at sudden movements, so she’d thrive in a home with older children who understand boundaries. She is not interested in sharing her space with other dogs and can get possessive over her favorite toys or chews, so ideally, she would be your one and only. While she doesn't require a fenced-in yard, Mary has enjoyed one in the past and walks well on a leash. She’s currently learning to appreciate the comforts of life and is eager to share her love and loyalty with her people. Mary is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and is currently being fostered in Lancaster County, PA. Think you can be her one and only? Apply to adopt today!
