While he gets along well with other dogs, he prefers to be the center of attention and can be quite possessive of his person. If he shares his space with another dog, he may naturally take on the alpha role. To ensure Cody thrives, he would do best in a home with a fully fenced yard (no invisible fences), and ideally, he’d prefer to be the only dog. He’s great with children aged 7 and up and would love a human who is home more often to keep him company. Cody isn't a fan of crates; he does better with a baby gate for safe containment.
