About Luna H
Luna H is an adorable young pup, currently about 8 weeks old and weighing around 5 lbs. She and her brother Pete were rescued from a busy road in Warrenton, NC, and she’s growing up with a charming mix of pit bull and hound traits. With her petite face, Luna stands out and has a sweet personality to match. Luna is playful but enjoys her naps just as much, often curling up on laps or snuggling close. She’s adapted well to a routine and is getting the hang of being crated with minimal accidents. Though she’s not fully potty trained yet, she whines when she needs to go and eagerly does her business outside. She gets along great with other dogs, from her foster siblings to larger breeds, making her a friendly addition to any household. She has a calm demeanor during car rides, settles in nicely, and has proven to be easy-going during baths. While Luna can be a little escape artist when contained, we’re working on leash training and basic commands. Smart and food-driven, she should be a breeze to teach. She’s received her first vaccinations, been dewormed, and is microchipped, ready to make her forever family complete. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
