Meet Milo! This little guy is ready for his next adventure. Milo is a 3-month-old Schnauzer and West Highland White Terrier mix, weighing about 6 pounds of pure puppy charm. He and his brother OJ were brought to Once Upon A Prayer Pet Rescue after their previous family found they couldn't handle the demands of puppy life. They happily found refuge with us and are now receiving the care and guidance they need to grow into fantastic companions. Milo has been fully vetted and is adjusting well to his new routine. He’s learning that his kennel is a safe space, and he’s starting to understand that potty time belongs outside. It took some time, but he's getting the hang of it and keeps his kennel clean more consistently. Of course, as a puppy, his new family will need to continue his training, but he's making excellent progress. Milo is friendly with dogs, cats, and kids alike. He’s playful and curious, though a bit more reserved compared to his brother OJ. Once he’s comfortable, his sweet personality shines through. Milo represents a blank slate; with love, guidance, and socialization, he’ll develop into an incredible companion. If you’re looking for a sweet little guy who might just need a bit of time to come out of his shell, Milo can’t wait to meet you! He will come home with a collar, leash, toy, two bowls, and his current food. He is neutered, microchipped, and has his age-appropriate vaccinations. The adoption fee is $1,000, tax-deductible and supports our continued rescue efforts.
