Kovu is a sweet baby female cat with medium black fur. She is house trained and will be fully vaccinated and spayed soon. Located in Ellensburg, WA, Kovu has unique mobility needs but has a brave spirit. She seeks a home where she can receive plenty of affection and attention, ideally with a patient owner who understands her pace.

About Kovu

Kovu is a delightful and independent girl who enjoys attention on her own terms. While she may keep to herself at times, she readily welcomes affection, relishing pets and cuddles from her favorite people. A unique aspect of Kovu is her coordination issues stemming from panleukopenia. This has led to a bit of wobbliness in her movements, making her a little slower and less agile than most cats. Yet, her bravery shines through as she climbs confidently on cat trees and explores her surroundings, showing resilience despite her mobility challenges. It’s important to consider her needs—Kovu will thrive in a calm environment where she can retreat safely, especially since she may not always move quickly out of the way. A home with very young or overly energetic children might not be best for her. Rather, Kovu seeks a patient person who can shower her with love and give her the space to shine at her own pace. Ideally, she would love to be adopted with her sister, Krishna. However, she’s adaptable enough to find a loving home on her own. Kovu will be fully vaccinated and spayed by the end of September, ready to find her forever home. Start your journey together with Kovu and apply now.
