About Lincoln
Lincoln started off as a feral cat but has adapted beautifully to indoor life. After being brought in with his brother Kennedy, it quickly became clear that Lincoln craves companionship. He’s still a bit shy at first, yet once comfortable, he follows his favorite person everywhere—sticking nearby while you cook, do laundry, or settle in for a movie. Lincoln has grown fond of curling up in laps and on beds, especially when things are quiet. He communicates with soft little meows to ask for head scratches, and he’s known to rub his face on any nearby leg, seeking connection. Lincoln enjoys the company of other animals, including both cats and dogs, and can often be found trailing after them out of curiosity. While he loves a good sprinkle of catnip, food treats haven’t won him over just yet; instead, bond-building and affection are what matter most to him. He’s learning the comforts of being held, taking small steps at his own pace. Lincoln is ready for a home where patience and gentle encouragement help him keep discovering how good life as a beloved house cat can be. He would do well with or without his brother Kennedy.
