About Vinny
Meet Vinny, an intelligent and charming German Shepherd looking for a loving home. At about five years old and weighing 42 pounds, he is small for his breed, but he has a big heart. Vinny is affectionate and loyal, already knowing a range of commands. After a stint in a board and train program, his trainer became smitten with him and began the adoption process. Unfortunately, circumstances changed and she could no longer keep him. Now, Vinny is once again searching for a family to call his own. Vinny needs to be the only dog in the household and he’s not suitable for families with small children. He tends to feel more comfortable around women and is somewhat cautious with larger men, though he warms up quickly once trust is established. A lovely perk for his future adopter: his trainer is offering free training sessions. Vinny is waiting for his forever home in Estero, FL. This could be the start of something paw-some.
