Meet Parrot! Parrot arrived from the San Diego Humane Society-Escondido on May 31st. This lovely 17-year-old Chihuahua, weighing just 4.6 lbs, is ready to soak up the extra love in her foster home. As a senior, she deserves all the tender care and gentle attention she can get. Updates on her journey will be shared as we learn more about this sweet girl.
