About Mary
Mary was found wandering the streets in McGhee, where she spent 10 months in a shelter before being rescued from an uncertain fate. Thanks to Monticello 2nd Chance Fur Dogs Rescue, this young, sweet girl is now safe in a loving foster home, awaiting her forever family. After successfully treating her for heartworm, Mary tested negative as of August 24 and is eager to start a new chapter in life. Known for her affectionate nature, Mary is a lovable hugger who charms everyone she meets. She shows kindness to both people and other dogs. In her foster home, she shares space with seven other dogs and prefers a calm companion who enjoys gentle games without being too pushy about toys or treats. Brookline is currently looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt home for Mary so she can transition from Arkansas.
