About Catrick Swayze
Catrick Swayze has come a long way since he arrived at our facility more than a year ago, limping and scared. After months of trying to trap him, we finally succeeded in December. He received treatment for his leg, was neutered, and vaccinated, finding his way back to the outdoors where he felt more secure. In the past six months, Catrick has made remarkable progress in building trust with people. Initially labeled as 'feral', it's become clear he’s just a timid soul looking for love, not a dangerous one. Just last week, he started coming into the shelter on his own, actively seeking out affection and even learning to enjoy toys. Weighing over 13 pounds, Catrick has thrived outdoors but deserves a cozy indoor home where he can feel safe and loved. He’s weathered too many storms and deserves a chance at a comfortable life.
