Meet Wally, a charming little Chihuahua with a heart full of affection. He was left behind in an apartment complex in Tulsa in 2026, but he's bounced back beautifully in his foster home. Wally is house trained and does well on a leash, always eager to be near his people. This friendly fellow gets along great with dogs, making him a perfect companion for any dog-loving household. While he hasn’t been tested with cats or children, we believe he would adapt just fine. His playful personality and love for cuddles will surely make him a favorite at home.
