About Oscar

Oscar’s story is a testament to resilience and the power of second chances. From a rough past where he fought to survive, Oscar endured battles that left him scarred and struggling with illness. After nearly a year in rescue, he has learned to trust again and is now ready for a loving forever home. This affectionate guy loves nothing more than being loved in return, whether it’s resting his head against you or popping in for head bumps. A natural lap-sitter, Oscar enjoys chasing wand toys and never turns down a meal. Although he is FIV positive, he can still have a fulfilling, happy life with the right family who understands his medical needs. He may require ongoing veterinary care for chronic respiratory issues. Oscar longs for a safe home with a soft bed and a warm lap, where someone will cherish him as much as he does them. He would do best in a single cat home without young children. Born around November 2019, Oscar is now in a foster home in Lemoyne, PA. His adoption donation is fully sponsored, covering age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neutering. If you’re ready to be the special person who gives Oscar the loving home he deserves, please consider adopting him. His next chapter is about to begin. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
