About Willow
Willow, a lovely German Shepherd, came to us through our Safety Net Boarding Program after her owner faced a housing crisis. Together with her friend Rocket, she is ready for a fresh start with a loving family. While adopting them together would be wonderful, we understand it's a lot to ask. She’s a friendly, smart pup who’s full of affection. Willow thrives with other dogs but cannot live with cats. After a recent experience in a home, her foster dad noted her as an excellent passenger and a quick learner. Willow is fully housetrained, knows basic commands like sit and down, and is responsive to tone and gestures. She’s playful and loves belly rubs, but she also knows when it’s time to settle down. Although she has some typical shepherd traits like pulling on the leash, she responds well to training and has already learned better walking habits. Willow is looking for someone who understands her breed and is committed to continuing her training. If you’re ready for a loving companion, Willow may be the perfect match for you!
