About Charlie
Meet Charlie, a striking Golden Retriever ready to find his forever home! This handsome boy is almost 4 years old, with a birthday coming up on September 15th. Our biggest wish for Charlie is that he celebrates his special day with a loving family. He was brought into a local shelter, and for reasons that escape us, his previous family never returned for him. Their loss turned into a fantastic opportunity for Charlie as GRCGLA Rescue stepped in to give him the second chance he deserves. At the shelter, Charlie showed he was a good boy, but it was evident he needed some training and structure. So, he went to Wags & Wiggles—and wow, has that been a game-changer! Charlie is thriving with all the positive interactions and mental stimulation he receives. He's eager to please and responds beautifully to positive reinforcement. Every day at Wags & Wiggles has helped him learn and grow, making him an even better companion. His future family will meet with Charlie's trainers at Wags & Wiggles to learn how to support his ongoing training. This setup offers a win-win: Charlie continues to thrive, and his new family gets the guidance and fantastic daycare options he needs. Now, all Charlie wants is a family to call his own. Can you be the one to give this gorgeous boy the best birthday gift ever? GRCGLARescue serves several counties in California, so be sure to check if you fall within the service area!
