Robin is a 1-year-old Anatolian Mix, tipping the scales at around 85 pounds. This energetic fellow is eager for adventure, perfect for someone who loves nature walks, water play, and spontaneous excitement. He adores water—no puddle or creek escapes his notice, and ice cubes are his gourmet treat. Robin thrives on daily excursions and is easy to walk on a leash. He has a unique way of exploring his surroundings, often showcasing his impressive sideways hops during his zoomies. Though large and capable of a grand bark that seems to belong to a dog much bigger than him, Robin often surprises with his quiet demeanor. He isn’t a barker but knows when to make his presence known. If he shares his space with another dog, they should be confident enough to handle his enthusiastic playstyle. Robin does have some quirks. He prefers not to be followed; instead, he likes you to lead the way. He takes his time deciding whether to enter the house based on his “vibes.” Also, he insists on being to your left—his invisible barrier on the right side is a mystery. Still mastering his comfort with cars, bikes, and strangers, he will need a securely fenced yard to boost his confidence. He has a tendency to chew on cords and can easily reach the counter but is not overly food-driven. This charming fellow is just beginning to figure out life, and he’ll benefit from a patient owner who notices his little idiosyncrasies.
