About Lulu Belle
Lulu Belle joined us as a timid soul, but her journey in foster care has sparked a transformation. As she settled in with other dogs, her confidence grew daily, and soon she was enjoying the comfort of a cozy dog bed on the couch. She’s learned to appreciate her crate, finding it a safe space, even with the door open. On walks, Lulu Belle is becoming more comfortable on a leash and navigates the suburban environment like a trooper. Coming from the quieter rural Central Valley, she may need some time to adjust to bustling urban life or new experiences like the beach. Security is key for her; she relishes a safe spot to call her own, often curling up on your lap for affection. As she warms up, you'll find Lulu following you around and engaging happily with other dogs and toys. Treats are her weakness—she's a true chow hound! However, it's worth noting that she does not get along with cats. Your patience and love will help her continue to flourish. Start your journey together today!
