Meet DOTTY: The Good: Dotty is a loving, smart, and highly affectionate dog who loves being held like a child, playing with toys, and going on walks. He has a great personality, is highly intelligent, and already knows basic commands like sit, wait, and leave it. Physically, he is a uniquely cute, stocky white dog with wire hair, blue eyes, very short legs and crooked tail, and three distinctive black dots on his back and tail. Dotty can be stubborn, ornery, and mischievous. Despite having plenty of chew toys, he can be a chewer and possessive with his toys around his siblings. He would benefit from training.
