About Queenie
Queenie, once called "Ugly Betty," has come a long way and is looking for someone to treat her like royalty. At about 6–7 years old and weighing 28 pounds, this gray and white French Bulldog brings buckets of personality and a hint of sass to any home. She bounced back from a rough past, particularly with years of neglected ear care, but all she needs now is regular ear cleanings—no surgery required. Queenie thrives when she’s the star of the show. She’s house-trained, crate-trained, and considered a breeze to live with according to her foster. She wants to be the only pet in your home so she can soak up all the attention, belly rubs, and snuggles for herself. Don’t expect her to share her humans with other dogs or cats—she’s really in her element as the solo Queen Bee. She charms everyone she meets and has even become a local favorite, greeting neighbors for pets and attention. Playful but calm, she enjoys her zoomies and games of fetch, but is happiest curled up on your lap or stretched out for a good cuddle. Queenie rides nicely in the car and would make an excellent travel companion. She’s smart, affectionate, and quickly bonds with her people. If you’re looking for a loving, spirited, and easy-going companion who’s happiest as your one and only, Queenie may be your perfect match. Ready to make her next chapter her happiest?
