Skye is a tiny Shih Tzu weighing just 9 pounds, but she has a big spirit that's blossoming after life with a commercial breeder. At 3 and a half years old, she’s learning the joys of being a cherished companion. Skye adores exploring outdoors, especially in a safe, fenced yard where her playful side truly shines. She can often be spotted zooming across the grass, reveling in her newfound freedom. While she gets along well with other dogs, a confident companion would really help her continue to grow. Skye is still overcoming her fears, particularly around strangers, but she’s slowly discovering that gentle hands can be comforting. Though she hasn’t fully embraced human play just yet, she enjoys car rides and the occasional pup cup. Skye thrives in a calm home environment and is best suited for families with children over 10. This sweet girl is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. With patience and kindness, Skye is ready to discover the wonderful life she deserves.
