Meet Adriana If you're looking for a tiny companion who would be perfectly happy curling up on the couch and simply being by your side, Adriana is your girl! Adriana is a 4-year-old, 4-pound Yorkie who has had a tough start in life. She's finally learning what it means to be loved, safe, and spoiled. She is a very calm, sweet, and gentle girl. She is still timid and will need a patient person who will give her the time and encouragement she needs to continue building her confidence. While Adriana is definitely a professional couch potato, she also enjoys being outside, especially laying in the grass and taking leisurely walks. She likes to take things at her own pace...there's no need to rush this little lady! And because she's perfectly happy going for walks and enjoying supervised time outside, she does not require a fenced-in yard. She can manage a few stairs, but she'll happily take a little lift when one is offered. Adriana is doing well with her house training, although her new family should expect some regression as she adjusts to a new home. She does wonderfully in her crate when needed and sleeps peacefully in it at night. During the day, she does well in her pen, but if given the choice, she'd choose being right next to you every time. Adriana would be happiest as the only dog in the home, where she can have her person all to herself and continue building her confidence in a calm, predictable environment. Because of her gentle nature and small size, she would also do best in a quiet home without young children. It's very easy to fall in love with this little girl. She has so much love to give, and with a little patience, she's going to blossom into an amazing companion. Adriana is spayed, up to date on vaccines and preventatives, and microchipped.
