Meet Thelma, a timid yet loving 3-year-old Shih Tzu. At about 10 pounds, this sweet girl is searching for a patient person to show her what a forever home can truly be like. Thelma may take a little time to warm up and build her confidence, but once she trusts you, she turns into an affectionate cuddle buddy. In her foster home, she has really come out of her shell and is quickly becoming a love bug. She gets along well with dogs of all shapes and sizes and is also good with cats. Thelma is making strides with her leash training and is doing well with her potty training too. While she hasn't spent much time in a crate, she behaves nicely when crated. Thelma has her vaccines up to date and has been spayed. She doesn’t need a perfect family—just one that is patient and willing to give her the time to shine. In return, you'll get a loyal little companion full of love. If you're ready to welcome Thelma into your heart and home, she’s just a click away. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
