About Jazzy

Jazzy's journey has not been easy. Abandoned after giving birth, she faced the world alone among almond orchards, struggling to find food and shelter. This frightened dog had learned to fend for herself, unsure of people and trusting anyone again seemed impossible. But her luck changed when Wilton Animal Rescue received the call for help. After days of searching, Jazzy finally walked into a humane trap, marking the beginning of her new life. Following her rescue, Jazzy received the medical care she desperately needed, including treatment for foxtails embedded in her skin and a spay operation. Now, she has food, fresh water, a cozy place to sleep, and the love of people dedicated to her well-being. Jazzy is learning what it means to feel safe and is ready to share her future with a compassionate adopter. She needs someone who will be patient, love her unconditionally, and show her she will never face abandonment again.
