Malibu is a charming adult Yorkshire Terrier, approximately 3 years old. Weighing around 10 pounds, she has a lovely golden coat that adds to her appeal. Malibu is independent and confident, which is clear in her demeanor. She gets along well with other small dogs and cats, making her a great companion for a multi-pet household. She knows how to use a doggie door and is both housebroken and crate trained, showing her adaptability to home life. Malibu does need a quiet home without small children. She is currently heartworm positive but is undergoing treatment, which includes follow-up medication to ensure her health. Thankfully, she is not showing signs of illness, so we expect a successful recovery. She's ready to find a loving home where she can thrive. Let's discuss!
