Hello there! Oliver here. As you can see, I have a beautiful, silky black coat & a big smile. I am just a young pup, maybe about 6 months and I love everyone I meet, hoomans, dogs, even those kittie cat things. I am an active boy and would love my forever home to have a fenced yard and maybe even a playful canine friend or a hooman who loves a good game of fetch. I am interested in the "world beyond the fence" though am still getting used to walking on the leash and am trying to figure out all the noises I hear out there so when we are going for a walk, I need the person on the other end of the leash to have a pocket full of treats and lots of patience. I like to take it slow, lie down to watch the world go by and figure out what is going on. Once I am settled in with my family and have some practice, I'm sure I will get the hang of it. When it comes to time in the house, I am working on remembering all the rules - asking to go outside to do my business, only chewing on things that are mine, not counter-surfing and stuff like that. If I am bored, I can get myself into trouble and might even try to "chew" on my hoomans some, so I definitely need lots of play time and mental enrichment activities. I love small hoomans though some of them might think I am a bit much. If you are looking for a sweet, young pup to help grow into an amazing family dog I would love to meet you.
