This poor girl has been with us a few times over the years. Her owner has come to reclaim her in the past but sadly not this time. Poor Rosie is sad a confused. She can’t understand why her owners turned their back on her. But better days are ahead for her. We are committed to finding her a perfect family who will treat her like a princess. She’s such a great dog! She’s perfect on her walks and keeps her kennel spotless!
