About Betty

Betty is a resilient kitten who has overcome quite a bit in her young life. She arrived at PACC having suffered from an upper respiratory infection, resulting in the loss of one eye, but don’t let that fool you—she’s thriving. With her damaged eye removed, she’s now free from pain. While her early days were filled with stressful interactions, Betty is learning to love the gentle touch of those who care for her. She's playful, silly, and has a sweet side waiting to shine through. Betty needs a calm home with patient adopters, ideally without young children. Older kids who can move slowly and understand her fears might be a good fit. Transitioning to a new environment will take time, and starting her off in a quiet room is essential. Betty has been around other cats, but will need gentle introductions to any new companions. She hasn’t been exposed to dogs or other animals yet. Once comfortable, she enjoys pets and snuggles, turning into a charming companion. Betty deserves a loving forever home where she can feel safe and cherished. This kitten may need some extra time and patience, but she'll reward you with her sweetness. If you’re ready to give this deserving girl the love she needs, reach out to her foster today!
